Thanks for your interest in applying for a trade account. There are a few steps.

1. Please choose the correct account (Limited Company or Sole Trader)
2. Download and complete the form
3. On page 4 add images of your 3 forms of ID (passport/ utility bill/…)
4. Check that you have completed the form in full, save it and then email it to info@phelanshardware.ie
5. Our team will get back to you to discuss your application.
